Medina Dairies have put in an application for the construction of 82 flats in Shirley Avenue.
The development will consist of 82 flats and a community centre. The construction consists of seven buildings down the length of Shirley Avenue.
The planning application proposed parking for 118 vehicles and 87 cycles.
The application replaces an application, refused in 2018. The applicant has stated they have taken account of the issues highlighted during the appeals process.
The applicant has provided for 10% social housing for the area.
